Dr. Asmah Ruby has over Twenty-Five years working experience in the fields of environmental monitoring, environmental impact assessment, water resources management and sustainable aquaculture development.He has led multidisciplinary and multinational teams in both donor funded and contract research projects leading to sustainable use of aquatic resources. Dr. Asmah Ruby has worked internationally on short term contracts for bodies such as the Africa Union InterAfrica Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and locally in Ghana for the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development, Newmont Ghana, Bui Power Authority among others. He teaches at the post-graduate level on part time basis.
